So about an hour ago, I was waiting for the movie Everyone's Hero to buffer in a free movie watching website. But then, after the clip bar (?) was full, it didn't want to play! And now, I have to wait for another hour (since the site only limits the viewer to play videos for 72 minutes) to watch the whole thing! !@#$ AAAAAAAAH!

I super blame myself. I should've just not wait for the whole bar to be filled up so that I can watch the whole movie >.> Kaasar! I have to wait. Patiently. AGAIN!

So, while waiting...patiently, for the whole thing to be played (!@#$), I'll show a pic of the letter of acceptance from Mapua. Seriously, the even have a special envelope (much prettier than our school envelope).

There you have it folks. My letter of acceptance from the Mapua Institute of Technology (which is soon to be Malayan University D=). I'm not going to show the whole thing though. I mean, you should not care about it anyway. Just wanted to show the Congratulations! word to you. Lol.

The weird thing is, my Mom is now denying the fact that I should study in Mapua. Or maybe not. Maybe she doesn't just want me to really study there. The fact that it is super far from our house and transportation is just, I don't know what to say, it's hard to imagine me sitting in the jeepney for like I-don't-know-how-many-hours bringing huge Engineering books. That could be cool :)) I want to see Intramuros too anyway. Although I've already been there years ago. And study there too, being in that old Spanish world.

There you go. Another update from the silly me. Still a bit angry at myself for the movie issue. GAH. ONE HOUR OF PATIENCE. I want to eat the hot cheese-flavored popcorn already. D;

Before New Year Boredom
Monday, December 29, 2008 @ 2:56 PM
Current Mood: HUNGRYYY!
Current Music: None.

Three days before 2009 and well, I'm bored in this house.

So, last Saturday. We finally watched Ang Tanging Ina Ninyong Lahat. It was indeed funny, and full of weird "kasabihan". But anyway, I enjoyed the movie much. Sunday, I went to the Church alone, yes, alone, my uncle left to nowhere then when I returned home, he was there D: But anyway, at least I have the chance to go to Church. Today, I just watched Wall-E (again) with my sister and at least, it made me remember some of the scenes I've forgotten. Then, just a couple of minutes ago, I just watched Burn-E through Youtube. It was good, much funnier than the whole movie I guess XD Okay, so maybe not, but it was as good as Wall-E.

Trivia: Remember the robot that was repairing a lamp post then got locked up outside when Wall-E and Eve went inside the Axiom/ship? Yep, that was Burn-E.

Three days before the New Year. And just a few days before school again. Nooo.

'Til then, I'm going to eat a snack NAO XD

A Post on Christmas Eve.
Wednesday, December 24, 2008 @ 8:24 PM
Current Mood: At peace. LOL.
Current Music: None. But I can hear the carolers, and they're singing. LOL.

There was a group of caroling kids that even sang the Del Monte Fruit Salad commercial song thingy. LOL. Did Del Monte payed them to sing it? Or they can't think of any more songs so they just sang it? XDDD

Okay, so back to the topic.

Our Noche Buena (okay, so maybe it wasn't but it is :P) was EARLIER than the usual. We ate at around 6pm. And, well, we are not going to go to the Church tonight :( Awww. Long story, bored much to tell about it. Magsisimba naman ako sa Sunday eh :D

So, nothing really bad happened for me today this Christmas Eve. Except that the My Tribe game doesn't work. The computer hangs itself whenever the game loads! D: I wonder how my tribe is doing now. I didn't pause the game because I thought I would check on them today. Stupid game, stupid computer, and stupid me.

Tomorrow is Christmas Day. And yes, we are going to watch an MMFF film. Ang Tanging Ina Ninyong Lahat :D I/We loved the Ang Tanging Ina movies before, so, we are going to watch the newest tomorrow.

Well, tomorrow's Christmas, as I have said. I miss the Christmas last year when we stayed over night in the hotel (see post, December 25, 2007). But, its okay, as long as the three of us are enjoying this Christmas and yeah, we are together today and tomorrow :D

So, I guess that's just all for today. Hoping to post again tomorrow.

now. here i am, and i'm gonna post another nonsense post!

today's one of the weirdest and hatest days of my life. just this morning, i lost ALL of the Black Jack episodes i downloaded yesterday. this afternoon, the sun appeared itself meaning that there would be classes on Monday. then, also, just this afternoon, i got myself mad at my own mother again because she kept on saying to me "REVIEW! REVIEW!". i can't review since i lost the episodes i downloaded and i gotta download them again. i hate it how my mom keeps on reminding me of things to do. although, i know that it's wrong to be angry at her, i still don't like her attitude towards of myself today. she even said the things that i always think of, that parents are sacrificing their lives just for their children. but anyway...i know that i've done something wrong, and with that i have a sin against God.

now this post is getting more deeper, weirder, and understandable. but anyway...going to another topic.

i'm getting the main idea of Indie Films now. the very first Indie film i watched was "Batad" during my First Year. and yes, the main actor and actress even showed their real faces in front of us. it was a great film for me since we could see a story while viewing the great rice terraces.

A 14-year old Batad Boy, a high school dropout, is forced to sell produce in the Banawe market to augment the family income while his father pursues the philantrophic mission of repairing the rice terraces of adjoining Ifugao villages. Exposed to Western modernization in Banawe, the boy obsesses with owning a pair of rubber shoes that he does not really need. In pursuit of his dream sneakers, he takes on all odd jobs imaginable and ultimately becomes a tour guide. During one of his tours, he barters his guide fee for a pair of shoes which are, however, too big for him. Upon possessing the long-desired rubber shoes, he attempts to leave his Ifugao roots and chase big city dreams. Written by Cinemalaya 2006.

and, just last thursday. my mother and i watched another indie film that we just seen in a commercial in UniversiTV. the funny part was, i thought the two of us would only be the people who would watch the film. but luckily, there were still who watched besides us. lol.

Haw-Ang (international title: “Before Harvest”) is a new digital film that chronicles Sister Adel’s mission to an isolated village in the mountains and how she changes the future of the tribal children forever. Set in the breathtaking Hungduan rice terraces in Ifugao, “Haw-Ang” primarily campaigns for quality education for the youth, while delving into the different modes of “learning” that has shaped various characters as well. Although the storyline is fictional, the themes explored in “Haw-Ang” faithfully mirror social reality.

DSL, a much better connection
Saturday, July 28, 2007 @ 7:58 AM
Now, I really don't care if there's someone looking or posting at the tagboard. I really don't know if someone is viewing this blog now, haha.

I really DO miss the good old days of this blog, especially last year. Last year was the best year of my life, there were so many things that happened, so many things I learned, and so many things that I will never ever forget.

So yesterday, we FINALLY got a DSL connection. Grabe, ang tagal ko ng pinangarap magkaroon, ngayon meron na kami. I really think that the DSL connection is just faster than Dial-up, but anyway, I like DSL more. And yesterday, we also watched "The Simpson Movie". It was really funny, and I think, I much more like it than the Order of the Phoenix. And, I don't have any reasons why I like it more. Haha.

Oh, my former classmate last year has his "Deathly Hallows" book. Kainggit nga eh. But, anyway, I know now what will happen to the last book, since I read it in Wikipedia.

Well, I think this is all for now. I'm really thinking of typing a FULL POST about that "Letter to: ________" or our class president. You know, or if you're reading my blog, it's in my retreat post, about that letter. For all the Lucena people to fully understand that there is a person other than my bestfriend (that that person is ruining her) and other than her seatmate who's writing that letter.
